Galatasaray will take on Benfica in the Europa League Round of 32 following the draw at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
The Lions booked a place in the tournament after finishing their Champions League group in third place.
The reigning Super Lig champions are the only Turkish side to have one the competition under its former name the UEFA Cup, back in 2000.
The manager who was in charge of the Lions during their UEFA Cup triumph was Fatih Terim who is currently in charge of the club.
The Lions will be away for the first leg on 14 February as an unseeded team, with the away tie seven days later.
