Guardiola Names Man City Squad Ahead Of Newcastle Clash, Star Midfielder Makes The Cut
Premier League leaders Manchester City take on Newcastle United at St James’ Park in the Premier League.
City will be hoping to extend their win streak to 18 games and have the chance to go 15 points clear at the top of the table with another victory.
Pep Guardiola has no fresh injury concerns heading into Wednesday’s Newcastle clash.
Guardiola is unlikely to be without John Stones who is back training after a hamstring injury.

Stones is training again but the Newcastle match is likely to be too soon for a comeback.
Guardiola will also be without left-back Benjamin Mendy (knee) and midfielder Phil Foden (ankle) who are long term absentees.
City will have Ilkay Gundogan available and the star midfielder has made the squad.
The midfielder of Turkish origin has started to work his way into the team of late.
Gundogan has started in two of City’s last three games scoring and providing an assist.
In total the 26-year-old he has one goal and four assists in 22 appearances for Gundogan in all competitions.
