Liverpool legend Didi Hamann has revealed that Borussia Dortmund wonder-kid Emre Mor has impressed him.
Mor was snapped up by Borussia Dortmund on a five-year deal just days before getting his call up to the Turkish national team squad ahead of the European Championships.
Speaking on Skysports before the Dortmund v Manchester City clash Hamann said: “Emre Mor we saw for Turkey, he made a huge impression at the Euro’s.”
The 19-year-old forward put on an impressive display in his unofficial debut against United that Dortmund won 4-1.

Mor was given a role in the starting line-up against Manchester City today.
Liverpool were closely linked with Mor before Dortmund snapped him up. The Reds were not just linked they were the bookmakers favourites to sign Mor and ESPN reported that the Premier League outfit were closing in on a transfer.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp also recently praised Mor as well as the other signings Dortmund made this summer in fact he described the transfer activity of his former club as being “extraordinary” according to ESPN.
“Ousmane Dembele is good, Emre Mor is good, Mikel Merino is good, Sebastian Rode is good, Raphael Guerreiro is good. That fits,” he said.
Mor was not even worth €1 million at the time of the Dortmund transfer but has seen a 900 percent increase in just a fortnight and is now worth €16 million according to Transfermarkt.
