Liverpool v Swansea City – Probable lineups – Klopp facing selection problem following injury to key midfielder
Liverpool host relegation battlers Swansea City at Anfield tonight as they look to return to winning ways.
The Premier League encounter is scheduled to kick-off 17:30 (GMT).
Jurgen Klopp’s side blew a 2-0 lead against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium to end the game 3-3 on Friday night.
Liverpool slipped out of the top four following Tottenham’s win over Southampton but do have the chance to move back into a UEFA Champions League spot if they can record a victory tonight.
Swansea City meanwhile find themselves at the foot of the table with just 13 points after 19 games.
The Swans sacked manager Paul Clement last week and have placed Leon Briton temporally in charge as player-manager.
Germany international Emre Can is expected to retain his place in Klopp’s starting eleven after providing the assist for Liverpool’s third goal against Arsenal.
However, club captain Jordan Henderson will miss out with a hamstring injury he picked up last week.
