Guardiola faces an anxious wait over the availability of Sergio Aguero who will be assessed by City’s medical staff after collapsing at half-time during Argentina’s clash with Nigeria.
Fabian Delph and Raheem Sterling did not feature in friendlies against Brazil and Germany but neither have a serious injury and should be in contention.
City will still be without Benjamin Mendy who is out with an ACL but captain Vincent Kompany could make a return after recovering from his calf problem.
