Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has set his sights on Fenerbahce wonder-kid Eljif Elmas.
According to the Turkish outlet Fotospor, both Man City and Borussia Dortmund are monitoring the young midfielder’s progress.
Fenerbahce president Aziz Yildirim recently revealed that Man City made a bid for Elmas. Yildirim went on to state that there are 26 clubs interested in the Macedonia international.
“Manchester City and Ajax made concrete offers, in total 26 clubs made bids for Elif Elmas,” Yildirim told NTV Spor.

Elmas made the move to Fenerbahce last summer but had to wait until 2018 before being be registered due to a complication with FIFA.
However, the youngster has found first-team chances hard to come by since his move. Elmas has played just 37 minutes of Turkish Super Lig football this season.
Elmas recently confirmed that he had received a bid from Man City during an interview with Turkish outlet Fanatik.
“Yes to both questions but I won’t go into any more details, that stays with me,” Elmas told Fanatik.
Man City are back in action this weekend when they take on their bitter rivals Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium.
Meanwhile, Fenerbahce take on Osmanlispor in the Turkish Super Lig.
