Mesut Ozil has stated that he believes Arsenal will qualify to the next round of the UEFA Champions League.
The 27-year-old posted a picture on Instagram following his sides 3-0 win over Dinamo Zagreb.
Ozil posted a picture of himself celebrating along with the caption, “It’s back in our hands now! Thanks to all Gooners for assisting us at #EmiratesStadium #YaGunnersYa #AFCvZAG #UCL #bethedifference #ace15.”
Ozil scored Arsenal’s opener on 29 minutes after heading in Alexis Sanchez’s cross into the box. The North London based side went into the half-time break with a 2-0 goal lead following Sanchez scoring the second.
The former Real Madrid man has now scored three goals in all competitions this season with two of them coming in the Champions League.
