Fenerbahce have been closely linked with the Colombian international for several months and are finally expected to complete the deal.
Ospina fell behind Petr Cech in the pecking order at Arsenal, playing second fiddle to the Czech keeper in the Premier League.
The experienced keeper has played just 14 times for the Gunners in all competitions this season.
The 28-year-old was however, first choice in cup games and started in the Gunners FA Cup final victory over Chelsea at Wembley.
Times journalist Henry Winter has revealed that Ospina is headed for a move to the Yellow Canaries.
Winter told talkSPORT: “The fact is that Ospina’s leaving for Fenerbahce.
“He’s on a fast plane to Istanbul tomorrow, probably, so I find it very strange [that he started the FA Cup final].
“Petr Cech has been, along with Alexis Sanchez, Arsenal’s best player this season.”
