The former Parma striker Ishak Belfodil has been linked with a move to Trabzonspor by Eurosport TR.

The Algerian international confirmed to FC Inter News that he will leave the financially stricken club on a free transfer this summer.

Trabzonspor are looking to re-build ahead of next season. Manager Ersun Yanal wants to build a squad capable of challenging for the Turkish Super Lig title.

Belfodil has provided three assists and one goal in 23 appearances for Parma this season. The 23-year-old has scored two goals in 12 international appearances for Algeria.
