Wolves have been closely linked with a move for Anderson Talisca for a few seasons now.
The last time Wolves came close to signing the Brazilian attacking midfielder Besiktas ended up signing him on a loan move.
Talisca spent the following season on loan as well but will leave Besiktas and return to his parent club Benfica.
Wolves are back in the running for the 24-year-old and have been tipped among the favorites to sign him.
Besiktas manager Senol Gunes does not however, agree.

Gunes is of the opinion Talisca will play in the Premier League but not for the newly promoted side.
“Talisca was already gone at the winter break, I can’t tell you which club he joined but they could play against Cenk’s team,” Gunes said after the 5-1 victory over Sivasspor.
The Besiktas boss was then asked if the Premier League side he will be joining is Wolves.
Gunes responded: “Look higher.”
A source close to Besiktas revealed to Turkish-Football that Talisca is set for a Premier League move, that more than one club is interested, Manchester United have an agreement-in-principle but as things stand there is no agreement with Benfica.
Besiktas have considered activating their option to sign the 1.91m tall attacker for the €18m clause and then selling him on at a profit.
Despite the latest comments by Gunes, it must be pointed out that Jorge Mendes – who has close ties to Wolves – works closely with Talisca and his representatives.
