Leicester City striker Islam Slimani is being backed for a January move to reigning Super Lig champions Besiktas.
The bookmakers have received a surge in action over the past 24 hours backing the Algeria international to join the Black Eagles.
The 29-year-old is rumored to be nearing an exit from the King Power and punters are growing increasingly confident his next destination will be Besiktas.
A total of 75% of all bets over the last 24 hours have been placed on Slimani making a move to the Black Eagles.
The surge of bets has been replicated in the odds of Slimani’s next destination, with his odds to move to Besiktas crashing from 14/1 to 6/5 according to Oddschecker.
The Black Eagles are facing competition from Watford and Newcastle who also remain in the mix.

Oddschecker spokesperson George Elek said: “We’ve seen a plethora of action for Slimani and a move to Besiktas, with punters piling in on a potential switch.
“With Besiktas in need of reinforcements up front following the sale of Cenk Tosun and Slimani needing regular game time – it’s easy to see why the move is being touted to come off. “
Besiktas want to replace Cenk Tosun who joined Everton last Friday.
The Istanbul giants would be able to offer Slimani first-team action and Champions League football if he were to join.
The Eagles will take on Bayern Munich in the Last 16 in February.
