Liverpool reveal squad to face West Brom, Klopp suffers double injury blow but Emre Can fit to play

Liverpool take on West Brom at the Anfield Stadium on Wednesday in the Premier League hoping to return to winning ways after drawing to rivals Everton on the weekend.

The Reds have a great record against the Baggies going unbeaten in their last eight league games.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will be without defensive duo Joel Matip (muscle injury) and Alberto Moreno (ankle) who are carrying knocks from the Merseyside derby.

Klopp came under fire for rotating his side against Everton last week.

The German manager is expected to give Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino a start after being rested at the weekend.

Midfielder of Turkish origin Emre Can was also benched against the Toffees but has made the squad and is likely to feature.

Liverpool have scored 63 goals in 25 games this season, Mohamed Salah has been directly involved in 23 of them.

The Egyptian international has also made the cut ahead of the West Brom clash.

The Baggies meanwhile head into the clash having recorded their lowest points tally after 16 games in a Premier League season since 2008-09.

Liverpool provisional squad: Mignolet, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Klavan, Robertson, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Coutinho, Salah, Firmino, Mane, Karius, Gomez, Milner, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Grujic, Can, Solanke, Ings, Sturridge.
