Besiktas have reached an agreement with Lazar Markovic according to Fanatik.
Per the source, the Black Eagles have agreed terms with Markovic and hope to complete the transfer before the team head off for their pre-season camp.
The Serbia international is currently a free agent after leaving Fulham following a six-month stint at the club.
The Cottagers decided not to extend his deal after relegation from the Premier League.
Markovic left Liverpool in January after reaching the last few months of his five-year deal signed in July 2014.

The 25-year-old joined the Reds on a £20m move back in 2014 but failed to live up to expectations and struggled to really break into the first-team.
Markovic did not make a single appearance for Liverpool and played just 44 minutes of Premier League football for Fulham.
Besiktas have yet to make a single transfer this summer since appointing former Basaksehir manager Abdullah Avci as head coach last month.
