First choice goalkeeper Tolga Zengin is out injured and will be replaced by the less inexperienced Cenk Gönen.
January signing Alexander Milosevic is also out injured and fellow winter arrival Daniel Opare is an injury doubt.
Bilic is expected to have his side setup using a 4-2-3-1 formation. Ersan Gülüm and Pedro Franco could start in defence with Ramon Motta as left-back and Serdar Kurtuluş on the right.
Holding midfielders Veli Kavlak and Atiba Hutchinson are likely to sit just infront of the centre-backs and disrupt play against Liverpool.
Jose Sosa will be deployed in an attacking midfield role while former Chelsea academy player Gökhan Töre will start on the right flank. Hard working winger Olcay Şahan is expected to start on the left wing.
Former Chelsea striker Demba Ba is almost certain to start upfront. The Senegalese international has been in prolific form and has 22 goals in all competitions this season.
Beşiktaş expected starting XI:
Gönen; Motta, Gülüm, Franco, Kurtuluş; Kavlak, Hutchinson, Jose, Töre, Şahan; Ba
