The Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua have signed the Turkish international defender Ersan Gulum from Besiktas for €7 million.
The Turkish Super Lig broadcaster LigTV confirmed the news stating that Ersan will leave Istanbul in the coming days for Shanghai.
Shanghai Shenhua have been locked in negotiations with Besiktas over the past month and originally offered €3 million for the 28-year-old.
Besiktas recently offloaded the Senegalese international Demba Ba to Shanghai Shenhua over the summer transfer window.
